Michelle Alexander is a senior commercial and strategy leader with more than 20 years of experience across global marketing, sales leadership, and operational excellence in the life sciences.
Her career spans Fortune 500 organizations, including Johnson & Johnson and Eli Lilly & Company, as well as boutique and specialty pharmaceutical, medical device, and med tech companies. She has led U.S. and global teams across sales, training, operations, and marketing—bringing a practical, execution-focused lens to complex commercial challenges.
Michelle’s work includes portfolio and franchise strategy, go-to-market planning, sales force design and realignment, and leadership decision support during periods of growth and change.
She holds a B.S. in Zoology with a concentration in Business Management from North Carolina State University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School (OneMBA program). She is Six Sigma Black Belt–trained and brings a disciplined, systems-oriented approach to problem solving.
